BOTANICAL ELIXIR

Presented in a pop-up show at BROUHAHA N4 as a suite of digital paintings that connect the hidden world of plant life to the reality of us all.

The works were created during lockdown when we were able to utilise outdoor space to fulfil our energies and reflect on the world around us. Shinrin Yuko, or forest bathing, is a concept which has been developed by Japanese thinkers to provide an extra layer to our lives. A natural therapy which the world provides to us for free.

This series was in part inspired by The Regent’s Park and various gardens and walks which I continue to make whenever possible.
